Chief Executive Officer
Fairuz Mohd. Azrul
Fairuz started his career as a technology consultant with a big five consulting firm in the United States, focusing in enterprise software development and systems integration.  He was later engaged as a Director of Business Development for a San Diego based RF mixed signal fabless design house in Malaysia, Jaalaa Inc.  He was involved in the setup of the company, fund raising exercise, business development, projects and operations. The setup was the Jaalaa's global engineering design center in Asia, and business and sales office for anchor clients from Japan, Taiwan, China and Singapore. 

Fairuz has more than 14 years of experience in product and application engineering, projects, sales and business development. 

Fairuz holds double degrees in Industrial Management / Information Technology, and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Chief Technology Officer
Vincent Ng
Vincent started his career as the co-founder of a wireless location technology start-up in Ottawa, Canada.  The company was later acquired by a listed IP firm in a successful exit. As the primary inventor of novel algorithms and advanced system for WiFi location and triangulation, Vincent co-authored a critical patent that is currently pending in USPTO.
 
As the CTO of the company, Vincent led and oversaw the development of the technology from conception and prototyping, to customer field-trials and deployment.  His team successfully signed up Broadcom, Freescale, and Xilinx as major partners to incorporate their technology in next generation products.
 
Vincent holds a BSc.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of New Brunswick, Canada, and has completed the coursework in the M.A.Sc. in Systems and Computer Engineering program at Carleton University, Ottawa.

Stan Chee
Stan has more than 13 years of technical & management working experience in large scale software design, development and implementation life cycle for business segments such as Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Logistic, Supply Chain Management and Education.

He has extensively held Solutions Architect and Project Manager roles for more than 7 years for various multi-million and multi-continent strategic projects in Malaysia, United Kingdom, Belgium, France and India.

Stan holds a degree in Information System from Campbell University, USA and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from Project Management Institute.
